The Honda C110 Super Sports Cub

was not a step-through like other cubs. It looked like a regular motorcycle with the tank in front of the saddle. The exhaust pipe was raised much in the same way as the scramblers rather than the CB series. The C110 was produced from 1960 to 1962 and came in a variety of colors. Each of them had a white tank and white side covers. The frame, front forks, and fenders were scarlet red, white, blue, or black. The strapless saddle was one piece and could hold two people (after all there were rear footpegs). The engine was a 49cc OHV single cylinder with a 3-speed transmission and a manual clutch. The tank badges read "SPORTS CUB". The serial number began with C110-100001

The Honda CA110 Sport 50

was the second generation of this model. It was produced from 1962 to 1969. The side covers were a cream color and the tank had chrome covers. The frame, front forks, and fenders were scarlet red, white, blue, or black. The saddle now had a strap. The engine was a 49cc OHV single cylinder with a manual clutch. Up to serial number C110-218191 the transmission was 3-speed, but afterward it was a 4-speed. The tank badges read "HONDA 50". According to some reports, the serial number began with C110-100001, but probably this series began with C110-200001
