The Honda SL70 was called the Motosport. The SL70 was sold
from 1971 to 1972 as the K0, and in 1973 as the K1. In 1974 it was called
the XL70 although it was basically the same bike. The K0 was made
available in three colors: Summer Yellow, Aquarius Blue, and Light Ruby
red. The Honda emblem was blue with a blue and red logo reading
"SL70". On the yellow bike, the tank stripe was black; but on the other
colors the stripe was white. The engine was a 72cc OHC single cylinder
with a 4-speed manual clutch. A speedometer was optional. The serial
number began SL70-1000001.
